Return & Refund Policy
At Haitchuh, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy to ensure a smooth process for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

All tags must be attached (for apparel and toys).

Beauty products must be unopened and sealed for hygiene reasons.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:

Damages and Issues

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet the return eligibility criteria.
